This round of financing funds is mainly used to accelerate the research and development of brain-like chip products, and promote the industrialization of brain-like technology in the field of artificial intelligence edge computing. SynSense time knowledge technology founder and CEO Qiao Ning said. Information shows that SynSense is a world-leading brain-like intelligent chip design and research and development company. Based on more than 20 years of research results of the University of Zurich and ETH Zurich, the company was founded in Zurich, Switzerland in February 2017, and moved its headquarters to China in April 2020. It is also the only brain-like chip company incubated by the world-renowned university of Zurich and held overseas. SynSense provides the world's leading ultra-low power consumption, ultra-low latency brain-like technology solutions. Its solutions have won CES and other industrial innovation awards, and can be widely used in trillion-level edge computing intelligent application scenarios. Dr. Ning Qiao, the founder and CEO of SynSense, graduated from the Institute of Semiconductor Science and Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 2012, he joined the Neuro-Information Institute (INI) of the University of Zurich and ETH Zurich, and led the research group as a senior researcher (Oberassistant) to research and develop cutting-edge brain-like chips.
